Data collected Oct 19, 2026 (PT). The search page was loaded directly. BSS, Sami, and Clay pricing came from cached listing pages of their listings. Some figures are second-hand from a competitor's comparison post and are labeled that way. Anything marked "estimate" is our judgment.

The short version

The Shopify App Store's B2B category label shows 1,905 apps on the search page for "wholesale pricing". That search alone returns more than a dozen apps with "B2B Wholesale Pricing" in or near the name.

The leaders are all rated 4.9 to 5.0 stars:

When everyone scores 4.9 or better, ratings stop helping a merchant choose. Price and packaging carry the decision.

The pricing has converged

The published tiers line up almost exactly:

The pattern is free, then roughly $25 to $29, then roughly $45 to $50 (where net terms usually appear), then $99 for API access. Free plans are standard: 11 of the 13 named B2B apps on the search page show "Free plan available".

The smaller field

Below the leaders sit a lot of younger apps, all with high ratings and small review counts, according to the search page: OC Wholesale Pricing Discount (5.0, 82), Process Wholesale (4.8, 64), B2Bridge (5.0, 27), NetWise (5.0, 26), BMT (5.0, 25), OSCP (5.0, 24), Nileva (5.0, 18). The one outlier is Snap B2B Wholesale Pricing at 4.4 from 69 reviews, the lowest-rated named app on the page.

Where the gaps are

Net terms cost extra. Most apps put net terms on a tier priced around $45 to $50 a month. For a wholesale merchant, payment terms are close to the core need, so an app that includes them at entry price would be easy to explain (estimate).

Merchants stack apps. B2Bridge's post reports that quoting with BSS needs a second subscription, and that a full Wholesale Helper setup stacks four apps to $140.96 a month. Treat this with care: B2Bridge sells a competing app, and we saw those figures in a cached listing page of its post.

Limits are hard to find. The same post says only one app publishes an order cap. Plain, upfront limits could be a selling point in a category where tiers look alike (estimate, based on a competitor's claim).

Ratings won't separate you. With the leaders at 4.9 to 5.0, a new app can't win on stars. It needs a feature or price difference a merchant can see on the listing.

What we'd do

If you're thinking of entering with an all-in-one B2B pricing app: don't. The leaders have 700 to 1,200 reviews and the pricing has already settled.

If you're already here:

Method

We ran one App Store search for "wholesale pricing" and loaded it directly. The page warned it was "having trouble loading your results", so the list may be incomplete, and we counted only cards that showed an app name. BSS, Sami, and Clay pricing came from cached listing pages of their listings. Figures from B2Bridge's post are second-hand and competitor-authored.
